Observation notes: This butterfly was fluttering around looking for warm sunny places to land. It wouldn't let me get close. I had to use the zoom. I was hoping for better photos, but then it flew across the street. I think I will have other opportunities on future days. In fact I saw another one, or the same one, later in the day, but I was doing something else and couldn't take a picture.
There are Dogwoods, New Jersey Tea and Viburnums in the garden.
