Observation notes: Unusually warm day for this date, this elevation. I live at 4200 feet on the Western Slope of the Sierra Nevada- near Fresh Pond, CA. The temp reached 75' today.
Blue skies, slight breeze. I have seen this moth here before- but not a common one.
