Coordinator notes: Based on this and another photo from near or at the same spot, the off white color band and other marks suggest palla, not acastus. Both species likely occur there but acastus flies a moth earlier but could still be present. This is one of those cases where having the actual specimen to examine is better than photos, the camera may have taken pictures that don't accurately show colors needed for ID_ so I am 90% sure this is palla-Ken Davenport
