Observation notes: High on a scree-sloped ridge line. Not sure on the ID. Didn't get any spread-winged looks.

Coordinator notes: Very narrow, bowed HW band, and lots of whitish dusting on the ventral FW tip. Sometimes has a ventral HW spot, but this is a female, and doesn't have that spot.
