Observation notes: We observed this parsley caterpillar on July 5, 2019 with a group of 6-10 feeding on our parsley plant in our residential backyard in River Heights, Winnipeg, Canada. We left it to feed and we were excited to see a black swallowtail butterfly in our backyard on July 21 (separate observation submitted)! They were voracious eaters. I guess we will have parsley next year!
