Observation notes: Weather was humid, 78°, overcast, partly cloudy, trees and ground damp from overnight rain.
Specimen was descending from 50’ silver maple tree toward ground. After photographing approximately 5 feet from the surface, specimen quickly traversed grassy area to forest floor disappearing into mix of decaying sticks, leaves and low brush
