Date notes: Today's weather is about 52 degrees. 1st day of winter for us in Killeen Texas. It was cold, raining and windy. I found this beautiful moth on the ground as I was walking into the Bell County Justice Center.

Observation notes: It was cold, raining and windy. I found this beautiful moth on the ground as I was walking into the Bell County Justice Center. It was moving but not much. When the moth opened its wings, I could see the inside was reddish in color. The plants near by are a Magnolia Tree and Texas Sage Bushes.
