Observation notes: Was inside east entry of the foyer of office building in Columbia, MO. Was able to get it to fly out the door, but only flew down to the sidewalk where it sat rapidly moving its wings. I couldn’t tell for sure but was concerned it’s wings may have been torn. Was still sitting on the ground when I left.
