Observation notes: Observed caterpillar on seedling of invasive Lonicera species in my backyard on a sunny afternoon. It pupated the 1st week of September and is overwintering. Other nearby plants include Russian Sage, Blue vervain, Brown-eyed Susan, Cosmos, Rattlesnake master and additional regional natives.
