Observation notes: This was the first photo I took of this species. I have seen it another two times, but did not have my camera handy. Although the photo is out of focus, the striking coloration pattern may be enough to verify the ID. I would love to get a better photo, but in the meantime, I am submitting this one since it has not yet on the Nelson County, VA list.
