Coordinator notes: This would be closest to howlandi based on Warren's Oregon book. This ID is tentative, it resembles the anicia found in the Grand Teton's in NW Wyoming, but normally it takes having a series and seeing both upper and lower sides to be sure of ID-Ken Davenport
