Coordinator notes: Yes, Colias skinneri would be right. Your comment about those flying rapidly along the road is also my experience with those near the Grand Tetons in NW Wyoming and they are very difficult to capture. One evaded me for an hour and a half (I never did catch him) despite giving me repeated chances. I do have about 11 of them in two trips there but certainly those are not easy to catch. Your locality fits with Andy Warren's distribution for Oregon. This is not a frequent submission to BAMONA-Ken Davenport
