Coordinator notes: Let Nick Lethaby see this, he'll be excited. Not too many records for Sleepy Duskywings in that county. I have a few records for the Sierra Madre Range and spent a day there (Aliso and Bates Canyons) last friday. My Sleepy Duskywings are on McPherson Peak and in the Santa Barbara/Dry Canyon junction area at mud. Sleep Duskywings use scrub oaks and I have had them as high as 9400' in the Sierra Nevada!-Ken Davenport, they are often sympatric with Columbian Skippers.
