Observation notes: Moving eastward toward Skyline Drive along graveled Browns Gap Rd (Madison Run Fire Rd) and seen twice, second time farther east on our return trip (if it was the same bug.) Very active. Perched with wings folded. Upper 50's deg F. Mostly cloudy, calm.
