Observation notes: Observed feeding from several thistle plants within a field at 5:19p-5:27p
All my previous efforts at this sp. have turned out to be Snowberry Clearwing, but i think thorax coloration, rust in the tail, and wing pattern make this a Hummingbird Clearwing? I'm far from an expert and would gladly accept input.
