Observation notes: Temp 30+ degrees. Sunny, cloudless humid day.
Picture was taken close to water tap. Ran a little water but creature did not drink. Stayed in place for min 10 min. Did not fly when I approached it. It did fly away eventually. There are plants within 4ft of the sighting. Cyprus( King Tut), Geraniums, Helichrysum, & Osteospermum as well as Sage, Chives, Rosemary and Ground Cherry Tomatoes. The gravel is situated under a n outside tap and has grass beyond.
