Observation notes: Found nectaring on wooly locoweed just upstream from Black Prince Spring, WSMR.

Coordinator notes: as we have discussed, this is an easy ID but a geographic head-scratcher, a record for Dona Ana County and a major eastward range extension. I hope you have opportunity in the future to be in that area in the spring to check for this species and look for a hostplant. it also may occur farther north near Oscura Peak.
