Observation notes: Found as cocoon in leaf mine on Robinia pseudoacacia on 8/26. The leaf mine was a lower surface tentiform mine and the cocoon was spun in the mine. The white, flat, suspended cocoon caused the leaf in the mine to fold a little more than it did on its own. The adult emerged 9/6.
