Coordinator notes: Recent genomic work suggests the Eastern and Western Snouts are two different species but I suspect this one will remain carinenta, with eastern one bachmanni-Ken Davenport (I may use this is the Season Summary, some years these reach the southern Sierra Nevada in California.
