Date notes: Sunshine, cool breeze; lots of butterflies on our tall Zinnia flowers -- female Monarch, Gulf Fritillary and Great Spangled Fritillary!

Observation notes: Sunny day in western North Carolina, cool breeze, temps in low 70s; Visiting large Zinnia flowers and marigolds; spent most of its time on Zinnias. Female Monarch butterfly and Gulf Spangled Fritillary were also there. Photos with iPhone. Will use 35 mm camera next time.
