Observation notes: 2 (and possibly 3) individuals observed, the two which were seen well appeared to be fresh. Bright sunny conditions with air temps of 64 F ( previous night temp in low 40's F). This location has a large number plant species on display in outdoor beds, presumably these individuals are a result of eggs or pupae that came in on plant material earlier in the season.
