Coordinator notes: The Swallowtail you thought this was is unknown from California. What this is, is a Western Giant Swallowtail (Heraclides or Papilio rumiko), not cresphontes which occurs in the more eastern part of the country. However this is a great record because its the latest record for the species in California...Ken Davenport
