Observation notes: Weather sunny and warm. Present in wet meadow bordering Big Marsh Creek. Was not nectaring when observed.

Coordinator notes: The photo does not show the markings well but it seems to be shasta, which does occur in Klamath County. According to Andrew Warrens book on Oregon, shasta in that county are likely subspecies shasta-Ken Davenport
