Coordinator notes: This is the Edwards Fritillary, a very freshly emerged male, primarily yet resting it appears. This is primarily a prairie butterfly but often common in the foothills and lower mountain canyons. Thanks for your submissions. Keep checking those gardens and wetland areas...great spots for many sightings! Mike
