Observation notes: 55 degrees. Sunny. Very windy. On an uplands gravel woods road bordered by a large clear cut and a mixed hard and softwood forest decending into a lowland swamp and 20 acre pond. It flew weakly and would land near a scat pile and slowly walk to it and feed. It is on scat in photo. Image is poor quality due to being taken from my old phone.
