The post-occular scales do not seem as prominent as in most of the photos on iNat or BugGuide, but they are present. Maybe you can find a better match. I thought maybe Coleophora deauratella based on size, shape and coloration after using https://mothphotographersgroup.msstate.edu/JDIndex.shtml to narrow my search.
