Observation notes: Sunny day, saw it on a mud clod by a newly planted tree. The tree it was beside was a pink dogwood. But we have a variety of trees in the yard and blackberry and elderberries as well, though none are in bloom yet. Our yard is not treated for weeds and we have a variety of flowers planted in the beds.
