Observation notes: I was bringing in the gardening tools to the garage and noticed this moth on the side of the garage. I noticed his wings weren't in good shape and I assumed the high winds 5 days previous were the possible cause. We ended up bringing inside house to let him live out his short life, as he can't fly and he tries real hard. Her wings are just under the 2 inch mark due to damage. We also believe she laid eggs in the container we have her in.

Coordinator notes: Yep, those are eggs. You might try raising the caterpillars. Try to find sources of local host plants - you can find references on Pacific Northwest Moths
