Coordinator notes: I will say this might be an Anicia Checkerspot but the body markings would seem to indicate something close to Euphydryas editha monoensis. Also, my Nevada state records indicate Anicia Checkerspots are unknown in that county, surprising to me. But is certainly should be there, but we would have to have a series of actual specimens and test some genomically to know.-Ken Davenport
