Observation notes: I think you’re right that observation 1327034 is N. resistaria, that species did cross my mind and does show up on the AI suggestions for both iNat and Leps. I also agree that observation 1327256 is C. agitatellus, leg pattern was an oversight on my part and I know I had that species last year. I assume Dave was the other observer you’re speaking of? Dave is great, he and I are coordinating an effort to build a website for Wi moths. The main focus is to centralize information about our moths so that one doesn’t have to cross reference BG, MPG, and other resources for information like host plant, flight season, range, etc. It will be strictly information based, since there are plenty of platforms for observers to submit their observations to. Interesting that later in June is more productive, but it makes sense, especially since temps have remained cooler this late.
