Observation notes: Somewhat larger than a typical Banded Hairstreak. I'm suggesting it's a Striped Hairstreak rather than Banded or Hickory because of the orange tip on the blue spot. The closed white rings on the forewing are unusual. Photos are the same individual.

Coordinator notes: Interesting rings on the FW...I did a search online and found a few individuals with extra HW spots like that, however none with the FW spots! -jmgesell
