Observation notes: Sunny. 99°F.10 mph south wind. There was a ditch area about 30 feet long with a great deal of milkweed, located north east of Ottawa County State Fishing Lake, Minneapolis Kansas. Many, many pollinators were feeding on this milkweed, Often two and three individuals per flower. As I approached, a cloud of butterflies and other pollinators would swirl around above the milkweeds.
