Date notes: Going through an unusually humid snap. I had come home from a work emergency and the outside light was on with this beautiful wood nymph outside.

Observation notes: Insanely humid out, probably 90 degrees and it felt like 105 in north west New Jersey just feet from what was once the famed Morris Canal that ran from PA to Newark; a waterway that transported boat up hill and over mountains. The moth was in this state for all of the 15 minutes or so I was out there. It was up agains the trim piece on my garage door.
