Observation notes: Individual blues were photographed at the La Mancha constructed wetland, adjacent to the levee of the Rio Grande, nectaring, puddling, and displaying. Plants visited were alkali Swainson's pea and white sweetclover. The afternoon was hot, humid, breezy, and under a partially cloudy sky.
