Coordinator notes: This is the Trinity-Shasta National Forest segregate. I collected several of these at McCloud Reservoir 4 weeks ago and sent two to be genomically tested to see which subspecies they are most closely allied to. Subspecies clodius, sol or claudianus? Art Shapiro did not assign them to any subspecies in his excellent Trinity Alps paper-Ken Davenport
