Observation notes: Saw it fly and land just in the suburb grass. Thought it was a moth. Found in grass of neighbor's yard and snapped photo on phone. Then I carried it to my yard up the street on my finger, much to my surprise. Then upon looking it up, found out it was a butterfly I was unaware of, and an predator one at that. Held it hand next to book to ID it. It was not shy allowing me to hold it for the walk back to my house a few houses up.
