Observation notes: The Kekoldi Bribri Reserve is right along the highway and beach north of Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, Limón Province, but it is best to schedule a tour through one of the tour companies.

Coordinator notes: I have tended to see many butterflies like this one as Heliconius ismenius and it is indeed very similar, but I agree that this one is actually a Lycorea cleobaea or on BAMONA is a Lycorea halia, Tiger Mimic-Queen.
