Observation notes: Saw this beautiful butterfly in my garden (all organic, zero pesticides). It was on my lantana and was happily going from flower bunch to flower bunch. This was in direct sun about 11:30am EST and was well over 90 degrees F. I have a lot of other flowers but it ignored all of them in favor of the lantana. It keeps making quick laps every few minutes around the garden and always lands on back on the lantana. As of this submission it’s been at it for at least three hours.
