Observation notes: Slightly blurry photo as this butterfly refused to settle for more than a second at best. Note that it lacks any rays of white lines fanning out onto the FW from the body, which rules out the "phocides" genus. Note the double lines angling from the body to the leading edge of both FWs and the three dots just behind the head, its collar. There are a few Jemadia and Ebella that are similar but pattern is best for "Dot-collared."
