Observation notes: Dorsal spotting matches up perfectly. This species has a violet wash on its ventral side with a band of spots on the HW. The HW violet wash can just be seen at the lower edge of the HW, though the band of spots is not. This is a small genus. The Immaculate Ruby-eye is the only other "Damas" in Panama.
