Observation date: July 12, 2022
Date notes: Full sun, 85+°, 4.4 mi W of NV State Hwy 140 on Alta Creek Rd at a seep at 5400’. Pine Forest Mts, Humboldt County, NV. Appears to be an isolated colony. I saw them for the first time at this location in the summer of 2020.

Observation notes: I could find no other records of S. cybele sightings in Humboldt County, NV on this website, iNaturalist, (except my own) or in George Austin’s 1985 Nevada counties list of reported species published by the Lepidopterist Soc.

Leto is now a species and not a cybele subspecies, just revealed in a new 70 page scientific paper based on genomic work. So since BAMONA does not know, still a cybele here.
