Coordinator notes: Wow! I spent a lot of time trying to identify this one without success. At first I thought maybe a relative of the Rusty-tipped Page or one of the Sisters with these colors. No! I checked all my books including the Devries books on Costa Rica Butterflies and the Glassberg book and then many websites and web searches with no success. Please let me know if you know this one!
--This is actually a species catniid moth! They look very much like butterflies -- JVC
