Observation notes: It was a warm day. In the mid to upper 80's and sunny. This is the joe pye weed that the Eastern Tiger Swallowtail is on. There was a water source nearby as well. The Eastern Tiger Swallowtail stayed on this flower for a long time fluttering from flower to flower. Also nearby was the purple cone flower.
