Observation notes: For Cumberland County, the only blues listed are the Summer and Dusky Azure and the Eastern Tailed Blue. This seems to be an azure to me, but it's out too early to be the Summer, at least based on Bamona's notes. However, this was a very bright, colorful blue on its upper wings -- and Dusky isn't supposed to be a bright blue.
