Observation notes: Most likely chased out of Yucca shrub by Mr. Ken Wilson and his Walking stick he was gently swinging. I think the three of us saw it about the same time flying in between us. It landed and flushed a few times. Once on a rock once on a Teddy Bear Cacti. once on a branch of a dead bush. We all got a few shots. For Diane and Ken this was a lifer thanks to Brett for the spot. 12-13 species seen this day. Big Morongo Nature Preserve. High 72.
