Observation notes: This moth looks like it was newly experiencing the world as its wings were still curled at the ends. It was crawling on the sidewalk outside of my dorm, so I helped move it into the grass and it kept trying to climb up the tall pieces of grass. Out of fear of it being stepped on I stood by it and it eventually started climbing up my leg. I eventually took it and set it on this tree where it could continue climbing and stay out of the way of college students.
