Observation notes: At Carrizo Plain National Monument Super Bloom 2023. This butterfly was found in the vicinity of its Salt Bush host plants. Surprisingly not too many butterflies in the area despite the massive amount of flowers. Countless Alfalfa Looper moths and some type of beetle were pollinating the flowers.
