Coordinator notes: Doug, it's a bit of a judgment call on that FW character, but I am inclined to go along with your ID. It's a county record, but recent sightings in Dona Ana County suggest this species may be expanding its range northward, in which case why not in Hidalgo County, too? thanks for getting this into the books!
