Observation notes: Skipper using a small habitat along the Arroyo Trail that was sheltered from the wind. Individual was taking nutrients from bird dropping on a rock surface, then would fly among adjacent Marrubium vulgare (common horehound) plants, appearing to deposit eggs. The day was sunny, warm, and windy.
