Observation notes: The moth was spotted on the brick exterior of the home sheltered by a pipe. It was drizzling off and on after three consecutive days of extreme wind, rain and hail, with temperatures ranging from the 60s to the high 80s. The pipe kept the moth dry. The moth remained in the same area, only moving slightly, for 30 or more minutes, the duration of our time outside.
